Privacy Policy
Updated: 3 September 2026
Dragon Lines Holding ("the Company", "we") respects the privacy of its website visitors and app users, and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law.
Data we collect
- Data you provide: name, mobile number, email, company name and commercial registration, and your order details and product specifications.
- Transaction data: order, shipment and invoice details. We do not store your bank card details on our servers.
- Technical data: device and browser type, IP address, and pages visited — collected for improvement and measurement.
How we use your data
- To fulfil your order: sourcing the factory, opening the chat, tracking the shipment and handling customs clearance.
- To issue statutory invoices and communicate with you about your orders.
- To improve our service and develop the app and website.
- To send updates or offers — with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Sharing with third parties
We share the minimum necessary data with factories and suppliers to fulfil your order, with freight and customs brokers, and with government authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data to any commercial party.
Transfers outside the Kingdom
Given the nature of our work with China, some of your data (your name, order specifications, delivery address) may be transferred to our office and partners in the People's Republic of China, strictly to the extent needed to fulfil the order.
Retention
We retain transaction and invoice data for the periods required by Saudi tax and commercial regulations, and other data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.
Your rights
- Access your data and request a copy.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion — to the extent it does not conflict with our statutory obligations.
- Withdraw consent to marketing messages.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies to operate, and analytics cookies to measure visits. You can disable these in your browser settings.
Data security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access restricted to authorised staff.
Children's privacy
Our services are directed at businesses and individuals over 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
