How do I know the factory is real and not a trader?
Our Guangzhou team physically visits the factory and verifies its business licence and production line before we connect you. You receive photos and video from inside the plant, and you can request a visit yourself or through one of our staff.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It varies by factory and product — some start at 50 units, others at 1,000. We find you a factory whose minimum fits your order size, and in many cases we can negotiate it down.
How long does shipping from China to Saudi Arabia take?
Sea freight typically takes 25–40 days port to port, air freight 5–10 days. Add factory production time and customs clearance. Every shipment shows its actual timeline inside the app.
What payment methods are available?
Payment is currently by direct bank transfer, or deferred payment through Tamara. Payment happens inside Saudi Arabia and you receive a certified Saudi tax invoice — no transfers to unknown overseas accounts.
Do you take responsibility for product quality?
We inspect goods before shipping and send you a photo and video inspection report — nothing ships without your approval. Agreed specifications are documented in the in-app chat, which protects you in any dispute with the factory.
What is the difference between FOB and CIF, and which suits me?
Under FOB, the factory price covers delivery onto the vessel only; you cover freight and insurance. Under CIF, the factory covers freight and insurance to the destination port. FOB is usually cheaper because you control the freight forwarder — and we handle that part for you.
Do I need a commercial registration to import?
Yes — commercial importing into Saudi Arabia requires a commercial registration and customs registration. If you don't have one, contact us and we'll explain the legitimate options. Avoid intermediaries who offer to import under their own name — that exposes you to legal risk.
What is the SABER platform and when do I need it?
SABER is a mandatory Saudi platform for registering imported products and issuing conformity certificates. Most consumer products require it, and without it your goods are held at customs. We prepare it for you as part of our compliance service.
Is the Guangzhou guide really free?
Yes — completely free inside the app: markets, hotels, restaurants, trade fairs, essential apps and the Chinese holiday calendar. Download the app and use it even if you don't import through us.
How do I start my first order?
Download the app, create your account, and upload a product photo with your quantity and specifications. Shortly after, we come back with a suitable factory and a quote, and open a direct chat with them.
